Welcome to The Pilates Studio
New to Pilates?
If you’ve never done a Pilates session before – don’t worry. You’re in safe hands with us.
You’ll be introduced at a suitable level, and then carefully shown how to do all exercises.
You’re free to come at often or little as you wish – and you’ll be guided every step of the way.
Familiar with Pilates?
If you’re joining us from a different studio, welcome! You can talk to us about your experience and goals, and we’ll make recommendations on the best steps to achieve that.
Newcomers often enjoy our small class sizes, giving you far more individual attention than most other studios.
Unsure where to start?
You can view our timetable page to see what sessions are available. Each session has a live booking link next to it – just click it, and you’ll be taken to our booking platform.
