Join a beginner class, take it at your own pace and discover how your body moves and works.

We explain the basic principles of Pilates which form the foundation of ‘The Pilates Method’.  

We look at ‘your body’, movement, muscle imbalance and what exercises would suit you.

Pilates Instructor

Lianne lives in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, and has been a Pilates Instructor for 25 years. She started The Pilates Studio after giving birth to three beautiful children – and is now one of the longest-standing Pilates studios in Hertfordshire.

No one Pilates class is ever the same, and in every class she has fun and challenges her students, as everyone learns and grows together.
