There’s something for everyone – choose from 20+ group mat classes with varied experience levels, individual coaching, back and rehab programs, a full and varied online Zoom timetable, and an extensive library of on demand recorded classes to suit all levels.
Your comfort, enjoyment and progression matter – whatever class you choose, you’ll receive customised instruction. You’ll only do positions that you feel comfortable with – there’s always alternative exercises if you have an injury.

1-2-1 focus on you and your needs, at your own pace – working with your instructor, we design a bespoke program just for you.
Listening to and assessing your needs, your personal program will help achieve your goals – together we create a stronger, fitter, more flexible, mobile and supple you.
We always start with a postural analysis – the first step to a healthy body is understanding why your body is strong, weak, tight, out of alignment, and why you have painful areas.
Postural analysis will answer a lot of questions about how your body does or doesn’t move.
Private classes ensure that you get 100% focus from your instructor. You can also benefit from a session which is Sports Specific, Pre/Post Pregnancy, Post-Surgery or Pain relief focused.
In your private session, you can work at your own pace with effective exercises and stretches, designed for your personal needs.
You will also get access to an abundance of equipment to help achieve your personal fitness goals, as well as guidance on injury recovery and appropriate exercises/stretches.
You can receive a personal massage where needed to help relieve back and joint pain. We will also strive to build your confidence and help ease you into the group classes if desired.
There is also flexibility when booking times – we aim to fit into your busy schedule.

Group Classes
Join together in the studio, for group motivation – our extensive timetable of small classes caters for anybody and everybody, from beginner to advance.
These classes are not generic – everyone receives customised instruction and a sense that the class is individual to them.
Fun and friendly, we offer lots of options and loads of equipment – from wobble boards to foam rollers, stability balls to weights, you’ll find variety and challenge at each work out.

Class Levels
Whatever your vibe! We aim to help you feel great, relaxed in your mind and energized in your body. Choose a class that suits your needs. Whether a chilled maintenance class or ‘kick ass’ intense and strong class.
Beginner/Foundation
New to Pilates? This is a small, friendly, relaxed class. We cover the basic principles of Pilates and introduce essential core exercises whilst looking at your posture, tightness, weaknesses, muscle imbalance and what exercises are effective for you specifically.
Essential Core/Stretch
Every day go-to Pilates exercises; leaving you feeling chilled, rejuvenated, more flexible, stronger and walking ‘wee bit’ taller. A slow and gentle maintenance class - perfect your breathing, technique and focus on the stomach and booty muscles that support your back, hips and joints. Every class finishes with a lovely long stretch releasing all those joint restricting tight muscles.
Intermediate
You know the Pilates moves! Extend and develop your exercise repertoire. Multi-level class with variations and equipment. A challenging, fun flowing full body - workout designed to strengthen your core, challenge your balance and flexibility and learn new intermediate/advance Pilates movements. Feel great, energized, aligned, lengthened… see the changes in your body.
Strong/Intense
Total body intense workout. Combo of intermediate/Adv. Pilates. Push your boundaries, learn new advance move, challenging every muscle group. A workout to sculpt, tone, define and strengthen abs, core, booty, legs, arms. Feel that endorphin buzz.
