Your journey begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your health history, movement goals and any injuries or concerns. From there, your instructor will design a bespoke Pilates programme tailored to your body.

Your sessions will incorporate (as appropriate) Reformer Beds, Mat Pilates, other useful equipment, breathwork, mindfulness, and mirrors to watch your progress.
