There is always a great atmosphere. The classes are so friendly and welcoming, not only all the instructors, but the class members too. Lianne and her team of instructors are highly trained with an in-depth Knowledgeable about human physiology and have helped me greatly to increase my strength and fitness. They always offer alternative exercises if you have an injury or if you want to push yourself to another level, whilst checking that everyone is doing everything correctly throughout the class.
There is lots of variation each week, so the classes remain fresh. Lianne has bent over backwards since lockdown with a wide range of Zoom classes, that have been invaluable, at times and levels to suit everyone. Can’t recommend the Pilates Studio enough!!”

“Learning how to live with Rheumatoid Arthritis has been a thirty-five-year journey filled with prescriptive drugs, painkillers and physiotherapy. When Pilates was suggested as a way to stay on top of Rheumatoid rather than just managing the day to day discomfort, I thought I’d give it a go and had no idea what to expect. Lianne’s advert in Optima over 12 years ago, prompted me to make an appointment…and I have never looked back!
After a few weeks of one to one sessions, my mobility was improving and I was able to stop physio, and for the first time give up the pain killers.
