Do you offer discounts?
We have an introductory offer for any new customers joining us for the first time. After that, our pricing is the same for everyone.
Why do blocks of classes need to be completed within a certain timeframe?
It helps us to develop a connection with you, and to achieve improvements. When you space your sessions over a long period, the progress is lost. Also, it helps The Pilates Studio to manage its revenue and costs, and continue operating with healthy margins.
Are my sessions transferrable to someone else?
No, your sessions are not transferrable to someone else. You’re more than welcome to bring a friend along to our sessions – but they will need to pay separately.
How do I book onto these sessions?
You can use our MindBody platform to book onto our classes. All bookings and payments are managed through there. You will find countless links to that platform throughout this website, and you can access it via the App store, too. It’s compatible with both PC and mobile.
