A gentle, supportive class designed for anyone needing a slower, more considerate approach to movement. Whether you’re recovering from injury, preparing for or returning from surgery, or simply easing back into exercise, we adapt everything to your body—because no two bodies are the same.

Expect fewer exercises with more time to focus on safe technique, muscle rest, and restorative stretching. This class helps you move with confidence, release tension, and enjoy a calm, de-stressed space to rebuild your strength at your own pace.

Essential

The Essential Reformer – classes are perfect once you’ve completed the Foundation/Intro session and are ready to get started with more movement. We ease you in gradually, building your repertoire slowly and safely.

You’ll develop balance, core strength, power, and overall body awareness while gaining confidence with basic Pilates principles and how to apply them. Expect clear instructor corrections, encouragement, and plenty of time to learn how to move around and set up the reformer independently.

Classes include progressions and adaptations to suit your needs—whether you see this as a stepping stone to stronger sessions or you’re happy staying at this level. Enjoy building strength, sculpting the body, and growing your knowledge with support every step of the way.

Essential Mat Pilates

A maintenance-focused practice built on control, functional movement, and the basic principles of Pilates. Expect slow, intentional sequences with light equipment to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and release tension through guided stretching.

With personalised guidance, hands-on or verbal corrections, and thoughtful adaptations and progressions, every body is supported and accounted for.

Foundation

Perfect for anyone new to Pilates

Our Foundation Intro Class is designed to give you the confidence and knowledge you need to begin your Pilates journey safely and effectively. We focus on why each movement matters for your body.

What we cover:

  • Pilates Basic Principles. Breath, alignment, core activation, and understanding the spine & pelvis in neutral and supported positions.
  • How These Principles Impact Your Movement. Learn how correct setup improves strength, posture, and overall exercise effectiveness.
  • Postural Analysis. A quick look at your natural posture to help tailor exercises to your individual needs.

Reformer Introduction:

  • How to set up your reformer properly
  • Understanding spring strengths and how resistance works
  • Safe transitions and equipment handling

Health & Safety:

  • Completion of a PAR-Q form
  • Safety guidelines so you feel comfortable and confident

Short Workout + Stretch. Put everything into practice with a gentle, guided session to experience the benefits straight away.

Intermediate
Intermediate Reformer classes.  A natural progression from Essential level. Build on your understanding of Pilates principles and feel confident manoeuvring around the reformer, changing springs and positions. Elevate your practice with additional equipment and quick transitions. Ready for a more challenging workout with dynamic combinations and equipment to increase physical  and mental muscle together with  core strength, keeping body & mind active as you improve their performance and efficiency. Encourages you to explore new movements with confidence. Push yourself to new limit.
Intermediate Mat Pilates

A stronger, more dynamic mat session designed to help you feel leaner, more defined, and confidently challenged. Functional exercises and varied equipment add intensity while supporting safe progression in your movement.

Expect a blend of strength and length, improving balance, coordination, and proprioception through purposeful, flowing sequences.

A fun, energising way to start the day in a motivating small-group setting where you’re encouraged, supported, and pushed just the right amount.

Strong

Strong Reformer classes are for those ready to step into a more dynamic, challenging workout. You’ll already feel confident on the reformer and prepared to push your strength, power, and precision further.

Expect a total-body session designed to define, sculpt, strengthen, and lengthen your muscles. Movements are more advanced, dynamic, with a focus on balance, control, breath, and deep core engagement.

This strong, energising workout leaves you feeling fitter, more powerful, and mentally reset—perfect for those wanting that next-level challenge while still moving with Pilates technique and intention.
