Reformer Bed Pilates

Strength

Build your core strength and focus on deep stabilising muscles. This approach is an excellent way to improve strength without straining your joints.

Length

Movements on the Reformer combine resistance with stretch. You develop long, lean muscle fibres that support posture, mobility and joint health.

Control

The moving carriage challenges you to control movement in every direction – forward, back, side-to-side and rotational.

Our studio in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, contains 11 Reformer Beds for each Pilates class.

You’ll be supported by an instructor, not only through demonstration but hands-on guidance and correction, giving suggested options to suit your individual needs.

There are 11 reformer beds in the studio – 10 for the attendees, and 1 for the instructor. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never used a Reformer bed before – we’ll show you how!

You’ll also become part of a friendly local community, and a valued team member.
